Sunshine and Surprises

I lived in Hawaii three years. And while Hawaii’s coastline holds more than its fair share of beauty, Hilton Head Island gives it a strong run for its money. All the palmetto trees, fine sand beaches, and massive oaks convinces you God lingered long while creating this lovely place.

And that’s not all I’m soaking up this week. DaySpring and Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce hosted the (in)courage bloggers for a long weekend of dreaming, scheming, praying, and planning for the (in)courage community. That means women like YOU are on our hearts and minds the entire time! {In fact, today (in)courage launched a sweet, sweet surprise that will bring the beloved beach house to YOU! I tell ya, the beach house is exploding with the happy!}

I squeezed in some relaxation and fun thanks to Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island, who generously provided us with beautiful beach front accommodations. Special thanks to Jessica Gardo from the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce for helping coordinate out trip and being simply fabulous the entire weekend.

Sweet gals, whether your weekend includes sitting in sunshine and beaches or not, may you carve out time to sit in the One who is light and life. He refreshes more than any beach, He loves you more than any person. May this weekend surprise you with a glimpse into how wide and long and high and deep Christ adores you.
